ok dattebayo has not exact meaning...its is something like words "so" or "well" in English...Naruto uses it to underline his character and his way of speaking..in English version he is using instead of dattebayo phrase "Believe it" which is kind of nonsense too...btw: his mom was using word dattebane in almost every sentence someone understand it like tevajo or tebajo
