Plyometric exercises are a great way for athletes to increase their performance. Box Toe Taps are great for increasing foot speed, which will lead to a faster sprint speed. When completing this drill be sure to use our Kbands for the best results. By quickly tapping the top of the box with Kbands on, this plyometric drill will help strengthen runner's hip flexors.
