There are boot camps, and then there's Warrior Fitness Boot Camp, which offers hour-long classes in its totally tricked out workout space in Midtown. There's obstacle course, where you might be scaling walls or dangling from monkey bars, calisthenics and free weights, and even circuit training. They're all part of the regiment, and no matter the method, you'll most certainly sweat — big time. Using the basic-training principles from the U.S. Marine Corps (minus the in-your-face screaming part), Warrior Fitness pushes you hard to get fit, but in a positive environment that encourages healthy competition and variety.
