Writer/producer and Toronto, Canada native Adam Daniel Mezei (ADM) has been blogging for the better part of nearly fifteen years.
His first forays into the vlogging arena came back in 2008 as part of a 6-year expat stint in Prague, Czech Republic, where he learned to hone his craft as an Internet personality helming radio station The Knowledge for the English-language speaking business community at Expats.cz.
Throughout, ADM has immersed himself in the indie film space, taking on roles across the entire crew spectrum, and previously as Producer of Marketing and Distribution/PMD at PMD-For-Hire, while currently as concept creator for The 416 TRILOGY: BLOOR-YONGE / ADELAIDE-BAY / KING-JOHN, an all-Toronto dramatic trio of films loosely adapted from the award-winning THREE COLORS TRILOGY by late Polish director Krzysztof Kieślowski.
BLOOR-YONGE, first in said series, tells the tale of a middle-aged Japanese-Canadian history professor who comes to the aid of a young female Chinese virtuoso pianist facing abuse and neglect. How "Japan" and "China" come together to chart a hopeful course for their two countries' ancient animosities. More can be found here.
