Give. Help. Make Your Impact...Because Our Community Matters! Established in 1923 in Pueblo County, Contributions to United Way of Pueblo County touch many critical issues in the Pueblo community. In 2011, over 111,000 units of service were provided to those in need in Pueblo County from United Way funded programs. UWPC funds over 45 health and human service programs. United Way of Pueblo County partner agencies providing funded programs include: Boy Scouts-Rocky Mountain Council, Boys and Girls Club of Pueblo, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Pueblo, East Side Child Care Center, Girl Scouts of Colorado, Hearing Project, Pueblo Child Advocacy Center, Pueblo Community Health Center, Pueblo Cooperative Care Center, Pueblo Suicide Prevention Center, Pueblo Step Up, Salvation Army, S.R.D.A, Southeastern Colorado American Red Cross, Southside Children's Center and YWCA. UWPC Also awards and administers various grants throughout the year to help improve the lives of Puebloans in need.
