    Protein Balls:
    1 cup oats
    1/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup natural peanut butter
    1 cup shredded coconut ( I omitted this so mine made way less)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (good quality)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Chocolate would probably work too)
    Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 mins. Roll into balls and store in fridge up to a week.

    Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
    1-1.5 lb chicken breast thawed or frozen
    1 can rotel HOT(do not drain)
    1 can corn (drained)
    1 can black beans (drained)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
    1/2-1 packet taco seasoning
    3 minced garlic cloves (or teaspoon already minced)
