sometimes when you're with someone for so long and it ends abruptly...you feel like you're stuck in a loop. Constantly thinking stressing, and hurting about this person. You begin being confused, not quite understanding how it happened. Then you get frustrated, first at the other person, then with yourself. Not only do you feel as if you let this person down, it's as if you let yourself down as well. Then there is acceptance of course, but that only last for so long because next is depression. And the key is to embrace it.
