• Let's Make a Christmas/Holiday Center Piece (or Coniferous Tree) - Craft and Project

    3,319 views 5 years ago
Episode Six of That Craft Guy. Jennifer B of Toronto, Canada challenged us to come up with something different to do with toilet paper rolls. And we did - a dinner table centre/center piece to help dress up your table for the holidays.

If you would like to do a science project on trees, this craft can also be used as a model of a coniferous tree. A tree that is evergreen (always green) or does not loose its leaves in winter is called coniferous. The other category of tree is deciduous, and they loose their leaves when the weather turns cold. If you want to do a project about trees, I suggest you check out this site as a good starting place.

The finished tree stands about 12" high and 10" - 12" wide.
