Hard cooked eggs are an EGG-cellent addition to any bento box! Here's a box I made that really makes them the star (baby I'm gonna make you a staaaaaahh). I use Anne Burell's method because she is perfect and her eggs are perfect. And because I know people will ask, "fried toast" is simply that - put some olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add a slice of bread, and when its brown, flip it. BEST. My two favorite things to put on top of it are hard boiled eggs and avocados. So tasty, give it a shot! I'm rambling now. Just watch the video.
