This is a demo video of the new gesture recognition algorithm I have been working on.
It's been tested using the wireless glove I created to connect with other devices and support the sensors.
In future, the algorithm can be used to control other devices like surgical instruments or robotic arms.

Gesture Detection and Analysis Algorithm
¬ Designed a method for gesture recognition and processing.
¬ Created a wireless glove to implement it, which can play musical instruments in mid-air, convert sign language to text and speech, regulate electrical appliances and control computer input
¬ Based on the real-time angle and movement calculations of individual fingers and palm the algorithm decides the output communicated to the slave devices which perform the desired functions.
¬ Programmed using C, C++, Java and Python the ecosystem consists of multiple slaves and the master modules communicating via RF and Bluetooth technologies to perform various functions.
