- Close Grip Pull-Ups

4:22 - Bent Over Rows - Dumbbells
5:18 - One Arm Rows - Dumbbells
7:28 - Close Grip Pull-Ups
8:29 - Wide Grip, Underhand Pull-Ups
9:00 - Bent Over Rows - Dumbbells
9:31 - One Arm Rows - Dumbbells
10:10 - I feel my grip starting to fatigue out, so another option you can do is stand on the block when you come down, or rest for a split second.
10:43 - Close Grip Pull-Ups
11:11 - Wide Grip, Underhand Pull-Ups
