8 Exercises / 10 Reps Each / 10 Rounds / Minimal Rest Time
Now we're going to go straight through all the exercises and not rest until after the last one:
1) Floor Dumbbell Chest Flys
2) Underhand Bent Over Rows
3) 4 Sec Push Ups
4) Shoulder Pressses
5) Upright Rows
6) Squat and Press
7) Dumbbell Cross Chop
8) Cross Over Crunch
These exercises will help to boost your metabolism, help with your cardiovascular health as well give you some resistance training. I don't know if we can do this but we're sure going to try! You ready for this?

Alright there goes Round 1 take a small rest and keep going! Challenge yourself to go through each one of these exercises 10 times before stopping for a rest. This is the perfect way to get a good workout in without having to go anywhere.
