This is part of my ongoing personal project "NTRP 0 to 5 in one year".
After turning 30 I decided to try something irrational and new. I've put almost everything aside and I've devoted myself to Tennis.

What I'm actually trying to prove is that you don't necessarily need to start off at a very young age in order to reach a high level of play in most sports or skills.

I believe that the big difference between children and adults is time and awareness.
Children have all the time to play, practice and enjoy. Adults on the other hand don't always have the luxury to practice day after day for years. Other priorities have taken this opportunity away.

Also kids don't care as much as adults do about how they perform. And if they seem to be bothered, this negative feeling is only short lived. Many adults have a difficult time dealing with a steep learning curve.

I'm now a few months into the project and am planning to do more videos to showcase my project.
