This season in Alaska was an odd one with freaky weather and faceted snowpacks. I decided to take a brief hiatus down to Cali to wait out the dangerous conditions and make some jumps and flights in the warmth. It didn't take long for AK to deliver some massive snowfalls and for conditions to restabilize, then it was back to the usual shenanigans.
Thanks to Garrett Everidge and David Biner for the help filming, and all of the crews, north and south, for bringing all of the radness together.
Special thanks to Freeboern Air Sports for the primo flying gear, APO Skis for the shredsticks, and Backcountry Access for a class airbag system.
