That should work. You certainly should not binge when you first break the fast.
I think this is a lifestyle to be adopted. It seems best to be losing weight while on ADF. So, if you are at your goal weight, then phases of losing on ADF and phased of gaining on regular eating to hover around your ideal weight.

Great video. You have inspired me to use more flaxseed and greens again. I generally us plain kefir from skim milk instead of water. I also leave the seeds in with the apples.
I agree with the rest of the post. This guy is completely wrong. You do not burn muscle when you fast for a short time.
