A film celebrating the stunning landscapes of the South West coast, and showcasing 50 years of coastal conservation. The film was specially commissioned by the National Trust to coincide with the 50th anniversary of its Neptune coastline campaign.
Cycling is at the heart of our nationwide initiative to draw greater attention to our coast and countryside. A cycling mini-revolution has been launched by the Trust this year with a series of seven magnificent challenge rides (known as 'sportives'), along with a cycling festival between 17 and 24 July, aimed at providing magical places to ride your bike. We are developing new tracks here in the South West (such as the new family-friendly 5km track at Killerton) and uploading more trails for you to follow on our website. And to help you prepare for all this and encourage you to get out there on your bike, we have produced a series of short films, to guide you through some simple DIY checks and maintenance for your bike.
