    This sequence is just under an hour. It's a fun, creative, sometimes silly flow on the surface. Beyond appearances we are moving in ways that challenge our balance and core stabilization while seeking non-linear, non-traditional patterns of movement to keep a wide variety of muscular relationships fluid and healthy. Moving in different ways will also help to access the fascia in places we may not habitually move into, places we may have built up postural resistance or rigidity.
