You can ride through whole Europe not hitting any highway.
38 000 Km, you'd probably need half a year vacation for it.
For Lithuania part of the TET you'll need a weekend.
660 Km, from Joniškis to Kapčiamiestis in the south, or other way.
We started in Vilnius, capital of Lithuania. On friday, after work hours, we jumped on our bikes and after few hours were in Sunny Nights Camping near Joniškis.
From there on saturday we reached start point at the Latvian border.
The northern part from Joniškis to Anykščiai was a bit boring, (preference thing)
We liked Biržai town, there seemed to be lots of positive people.
First day of TET - 350 Km, night at the Kurėnai stay, near Ukmergė.
Second day of TET - 310 Km, more technical but much more visualy pleasing. Forests, curves, springs and rivers.
