Learn to run like an athlete, this movie demonstrates why African runners dominate the worlds top 70% of distance runners. Made by recently converted natural runner Colin McPhail from Scotlands only natural running centre.
The purpose of this movie is to introduce you to your springs and find out how much elasticity you can obtain by just a few simple technique changes.
The movie is split into 3 main sections, the lower body feet and legs, the upper body torso arms hands head and shoulders and the third area which not a lot of emphasis goes toward, the hips including the hip stabilisers glutes abs and quads.
There are a number of simple drills and exercises based on each of these areas but mainly to do with correct foot placement.
