Perform these 7 exercises back to back. Rest then repeat a total of 4x through:
1. Curtsy lunge to squat to curtsy lunge with barbell 12/side
2. Band walks 12/side
3. Press to burpee to 3 scissors with barbell 12 total
4. Kettlebell swings 12/side
5. Kettlebell squat pulls 12 total
6. Barbell walking lunges with pulse 12/side
7. Bench hops 24 total
