Thanks! I hope you have a great run! I'll probably be back out there this year, My wife gets me free entries, so what the heck! The aid station crews are really nice and very supportive! Good luck!!
Very cool, my hometown, as kids we'd jump off that wall at high tide into the harbor until the harbor master would run us off!
Stablenut, glad you got to see the "show," Denver's a fun, laid back kinda town! Hope you get to visit again!
heh heh, thanks dpcfish! ski season is HERE!!
Dadgum, the first try didn't post ... anyway, I love the video and the song, and cannot wait someday to see you play live. I have my copy of Dating Tips for you to sign when that day arrives. :-) Glad you aren't dead. -- chase
Heh, yeah. I hit the turnaround at 6 hours, just as the rain came, and tucked the camera in my pack, from there on, I was too miserable, cold and wet to undo my jacket, dig into the pack and pull out the camera ... it was really cold and nasty there for a while ... congrats on doing it!
Dude, you gotta do it. I know, it sucks, but if it gets infected, you could end up with oral surgery to repair the damage, and you don't even want to know what that costs.
I won't lie, it's not pleasant, and it hurt a bit, but it was pretty quick and it healed well. Plus I talked the doc out of some vicodin, so I went home, had a couple of those and a couple beers, and after a while, nothing mattered :-) Courage!!
So thought it was gonna be bombs, not paint bombs.
