llwell1, Our program is not gender specific. We are calorie counters and body sculptors. If you are trying to lean out, you need to be in a calorie deficit. If you are trying to gain lean mass, you need to get in a calorie surplus. Cara is trying to stay lean and curvy. Jess is trying to get remain feminine, but more muscle. If you check out some of the other videos in the channel, Mike is trying to build lean muscle. The intensity of the exercises will be different for each.

Ayum649, I hope Jess got back to you on this question. Just to clarify, women should not consume less than 1.200 calories per day if you are working out. For men the number is 1,800 calories, no less.
