Eyd is called the festive season around the Nowruz. The Persian New Year starts with the beginning of spring and in our new issue "Remixing Culture" we show you how the Iranian New Year celebrations looks like.
The most important custom of the nowruz celebration is to cover a table with seven things "Haft Sin" (seven S). All elements of this decoration begin with the first letters of the Persian "S". We show you these seven things and other Nooroz customs like Chaharshanbe Suri, Khane Takuni and Sizdah bedar.
