Fast and Amazing Turkish fish filleting technique.
I filmed the pike being filleted.The fillets were boneless.
Then it was simply fried in vegetable oil in a heavy pot. Served with fresh green leaves, (some wild), and a salad of finely chopped, mild chilli peppers, onions, tomatoes , cucumber and parsley, with red wine vinegar a ton of olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Seasoned with paprika flakes and salt and pepper.
Served with Efes pilsner and malt.
Perfect! Superfast and ZERO bones. Delicious!!!
