Trying not to overkill it, this PC still blows through games in 1080p at MAX SETTINGS. And has a lot of room for upgrades. Tried to stay within my budget of $1,000, and this is what I came up with. Let me know what you think!

    PC Specs (built by me):

    The guts of the system:
    CASE: Corsair Obsidian 750D
GPU: GeForce GTX 770 2GB w/ ACX Cooling (overclocked settings I found the most stable - core clock offset- +75, mem clock offset- +450)
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k (overclocked from 3.4 to 4.4 GHz)
    RAM: Crucial 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3
POWER SUPPLY: Corsair CX750M (750 watt)
    MOBO: AsRock Z87 PRO4
    HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200 RPM

    Extra stuff in the system:
    OS: Windows 8.1
LIQUID COOLING for CPU: Corsair H80i
    WIRELESS: TPLink WRLS-N300
OPTICAL DRIVE: LGELECOEM LG 14X SATA BD BURNER
    EXTRA FANS: Corsair AF120 (3) and AF140 (2) w/ Red LED
LED Lighting Kit: Logisys LED w/ Remote Control (x2)

If you want to make it around $1100, just remove all the extra stuff (separate led fans, led light kit, wireless, etc.). I just bought that stuff to pimp it out. Personal preference...

GPU stays under 75C while under full load, CPU stays under 65C while under full load.

    Accessories:

    Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Ultimate
    Mouse: Razer DeathAdder 3500
Controller: Xbox 360 Wireless Controller with PC Wireless Adapter
Mousepad: Razer Goliathus Control Ed. Mousepad
    Wrist Support: Grifiti Wrist Pads
    Primary Monitor: ASUS 1080p 60Hz LED Monitor 24" (VE248H)
Secondary Monitor: ViewSonic 1280p Secondary Monitor
Headset: Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound
Sound: Logitech X530 5.1 Surround Sound Setup
USB Hub: Plugable USB 2.0 10-Port HUB
    External HDD: Seagate 500GB
    Webcam: Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000

    Other stuff:

Laptop: ASUS X202E TouchScreen Laptop (usually use it for BattleScreen in BF4)
Wireless Mouse for Laptop (not shown): Logitech M310 2.4 GHz Red/Black
Desk: Ikea Desk, built by me. Can't remember the name...
Chair: Some random, amazingly comfortable, chair from Staples...
