This is just a few of my thoughts regarding the "Games as Art" 'debate', it certainly is not an exhaustive explanation as to why games are art though (that would take much longer than 24mins), it's more of a critique regarding what I feel is something of a misconception as to what the word 'art' actually means: I feel that that it's a word which has far too much qualitative positivity attached to it these days (as evidenced by people saying things like "oh that film! It's a work of art!"), and that adversely affects how we perceive creative mediums.
