Hal Brierley is a pioneer in the development of customer loyalty programs and the major contributor behind the groundbreaking AAdvantage®. This single product has cemented in travelers’ minds the value of always booking flights, whether for work or play, on the same carrier. In addition, Brierley was co-founder of Epsilon, a billion dollar company, as well as a founder of eRewards (renamed Research Now). In 1985, Brierley founded Brierley+Partners and has led the company through almost three decades of successful growth.
