Today Richard Woods, the entrepreneur behind the award winning Digital Marketing Agency Yomp Marketing, takes us through The Digital TrailBlazer Lead Generation Campaign.
During the introduction of the video Richard talks about his time on The Apprentice with a clip of Lord Sugar saying, “The advertising task this year was one of the best I’ve ever seen” Those of you who watched The Apprentice last year will know that Richard was the project manager of the advertising task and made his way to becoming one of the finalists on the show.
In 2013, Richard sat down to write an internal process document for the staff at Yomp Marketing on how to implement a marketing strategy that will allow your business to have predictable lead generation.
It started as a 45,000-word document, which Richard showed to other businesses, clients and his business partner Tim Woods, and from the back of that everyone said that it should be published as a book. So at the end of 2015 Richard did just that and published the book 'The Digital TrailBlazer' which climbed to number one on Amazon's best sellers list.
So from there, Richard evolved the process and create a product for our clients that adopts everything in the book, this became The Digital TrailBlazer done for you service.
Richard walks us through some of the main stages we go through in our 11 step process for our lead generation campaign. One of these being the creation of 12 videos for our clients in a half day video shoot. We have a professional filming crew that can make your videos as creative as you would like, using only the best equipment ensures a high quality finish.
We then make sure your video is SEO optimised through your YouTube description. Your campaign manager will also write amazing blog posts for your website weekly, making sure they are both keyword optimised, get found and are watched by as many people as possible.
Once all this credible content is put together and posted we then focus on backing all of this information up and getting your message out there through an email marketing campaign.
You then want to broaden your potential clients even more and get your message out to new people and the best way to do this is through Social Media channels. Our team will create daily posts for your campaign on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+. It’s all about engagement and interacting with new potential prospects.
Now that you're generating traffic to your website by all of the above being implemented into your campaign we need to focus on conversion optimisation. This is because we don’t just focus on generating all this traffic and not give you the best opportunity to convert them.
To do this we will go through our Home Page Conversion Optimisation process and or create a landing page that will have one of your new video's embeded, lots of call to actions and a pop-up. Many people think pop-ups are annoying however they have proven to have an uplift in 20% in conversions for our clients.
