• Erica Buteau Lost More than Half Her Weight and Found Herself

    This is the story of how I decided to change my life one day when I realized that I stopped living and was simply existing. I was obese and had blood pressure readings of 200/100 regularly. From that decision I lost more than half my body weight and found myself. In total, I lost approximately 180 pounds over two years by following the Atkins Lifestyle plan and incorporating exercise like DDP Yoga.

    I've maintained my current, healthy weight for over one year and my weight loss success story has been featured on television such as The Today Show and Atlanta Unplugged and in magazines such as Woman's World, Women's Health and Fitness as well as in local newspapers and radio programming.

    This video is compilation of my journey and includes photographs, media clips and more. I'm sharing it in the hopes that it will inspire someone to decide to change their life for the better, whether that means losing weight, learning something new or going on a new adventure. You'll never make it if you don't start trying to get there!
