Cook off the onion and garlic on a low heat for 15 mins or until onions are translucent. Add in the tomato, pure and herbs leaving it on the low heat for another 15mins. Pop/mash it all up and let it simmer until it is a thick sauce. Add the beef and stir until it is completely brown. put a lid on and let it cook for a further 10 mins. In the last 3 mins warm up your hard shell tacos in the oven or soft shells in a pan (directions are always on the packet). Now you are ready to eat YAY!
