If you’ve hit a wall, mentally, this can be changing, here is how to get back to your full potential and change your state.
Luckily, there are a few quick techniques you can do to change your state, within a minute or two.
Change your focus from you, and your current feelings you are focusing on. Go outside of yourself, and focus on things that bring you joy. Things that make you smile, and express gratitude.
Here are 3 I like to do:
1. Go for a walk
3. Hit the gym
This will quickly change your state and make you feel instantly better.
