Did you know there are only four mobile security guards across the entire Toronto Public Library system? From Etobicoke to Scarborough, Downtown to North York; only four mobile security guards.
Vickery Bowles (Chief Library Bureaucrat) and Mayor John Tory think this is an adequate number of security guards to ensure public safety across the library system. What do you think?
