Meet Shon Harris

As a 25 year- old, ambitious black man, Shon Harris has always been the guy with the ability to "Make it Happen." As the spear-head of countless projects, movements, and teams, he'll tell anyone he meets that in order to call yourself a leader, you must naturally care about people. He says that "When people feel like you care about their value, and you do not antagonize them, they will always follow." It's with no doubt, the guy has an army of followers.

With a big heart, and a genuine love for people, he feels that there's no way he can't win. With this belief always in the forefront of his mind, Shon Harris has proved a success in almost every competitive arena he's been exposed to. As former President of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity for the years 06 to 08, captain of the step team, member of INROADS, computer security analyst at Saks Incorporated and many other demanding roles, he has never been a stranger to hard work and grind.

A day in the life of Shon Harris is more like a day in the life of a human robot. And now as a full-time father, CEO of Acerock Entertainment, manager of R&B sensation Lou Writer, and member of 5linx, he juggles between these roles, making sure that no job goes undone before the close of each day.

Shon Harris has always felt that people who desire success must model themselves behind those who are already successful. With influences like John C Maxwell, an internationally respected leadership expert, speaker, and author, Harris continuously models himself after the best. One of his favorite quotes comes from Maxwell stating that "leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less." As his influence continues to increase both locally and nationally, Shon Harris desires to eliminate self doubt and show people that it is self empowerment that will take us a long way.

Shon Harris highly recommends this site to leaders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and business owners.
