They have a huge menu for a pizza joint, with nightly dinner specials like stromboli (similar to a calzone, its a pizza turnover loaded with sauce, cheese, and your choice of meats and vegetables) lasagne (layers of the heavenly Serpicos sauce, with alternating fluffy and gooey cheeses and pasta) and ravioli (with chicken pesto mushrooms oh my!) They also have specialty subs like the pizza steak hoagie with Philly steak, marinara, peppers, onions and provolone, or the buffalo chicken with grilled chicken, ranch and spicy buffalo sauce. On the menu, dinner selections include traditional classic Penne ala Vodka, Primavera, Fettucine Alfredo, and Chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti. They have vegetarian selections too! Charles Hatch Clarke moved to Maui from New Jersey with his wife and six kids. The pizza-making tradition had been handed down to him by his brother-in-law, who immigrated to New York City in 1961 from Italy, and opened Berardies Pizza in Staten Island. Before moving to Maui, Hatch had owned and operated Serpicos New Jersey for 15 years. He has a great team with a mix of Upcountry residents, and friends and family who relocated from New Jersey.
