Salafor

Wohooo!
This was our (Bacon & Salafor's) entry for Abunaicon 2013 - Darkness Rising!

I made this first colaboration AMV together with my girlfriend and first time editor, nicknamed 'Bacon', spending aprox. 5 days and about 22 hours to complete it. It's been great making this, and our combination of skills seemed to be good in the end since we managed to rank 3rd!

I'm very happy to know that everyone else liked it as much as we did, and we already convinced some people to watch the movie ^^

The movie 'Wolf Children Ame and Yuki' is about a woman that falls in love with a wolf, causing all sorts things to happen that don't happen in a normal woman's life.
We tried to capture the awesomeness of this movie in a raw but compiled/summarised way, and we hope that everyone is eager to watch this movie because of it.

The song used is 'Evil Beauty' by 'Blackmill'. An awesome Dubstep artist that imbues his tracks with the sounds of more common instruments in a slow and peacful rythm combined with awesome vocals, which in general is still high paced and all over the place like Dubstep. I can't categorize the type of music (apart from totally awesome).

Either way, it was a great combination with the anime! ^^
Furthermore, I really enjoyed the competition and all the AMVs that were shown. Some more then others ofcourse, but still. It was awesome :3 The convention itself was also cool, first time gopher so.. well, it was quite the busy schedule but still cool.

Either way, I hope you'll all enjoy this AMV and you'll probably see more colabs between me and Bacon ^^
