The next missile by the Renegade Squadron aims at the roots oriented reggae head directing into the ear canal to sooth and uplift the post war commercial battleground in a style reminiscent of 50's jazz approaching an unmistakable blend of early Wackie's colliding with Aretha on a laid back sweet treat highway in Autumn. A sweet collaboration between Soom T Glasgow, and the Dub Master from near Napoli, now based in Barcelona, 'Dub Master' recorded the 8 piece band '.....' to create the perfect backdrop to this spectacular bit of work with the usual love from Soom T, the Renegade Commander delivering direct from the source. The eternal quality of this one will prove to be just that, a timeless masterpiece you'll find yourself rewinding time and time again. Let the source be with you!!!

The Source is a collaborative production project which collaborates on single releases with producers by requesting them to build on an existing concept researched by the source to create what the source considers to be sounds emenating directly from the beginning and end of all things in the universe, the Source. Influenced by the sounds created as far back as the early 1980′s for Commodore 64 Game Soundtracks, the Source borrows heavily from this field whilst also embarking into new experimental territory to create powerful, crushing 8 bit flourished, hip hopfully triumphant and basstastically emotional impacting music using melodies and true words to amalgamate into a dagger which aims straight at the jugular of the commercial world. With a clear Reggae sentiment, a punk attitude, hiphop garnerings and dancefloor appeal, the undeniable sound of the source married to it's potent message will not fail to win over even the seasoned cynic. Expect a live laptop show led by the Sourceress with some toys and vocals that will strike you with the force of an armoured tank.

The first LP from the Renegade Camp in conjunction with Sativa Records and Scotch Bonnett out of Scotlandia is a bomber heading straight for your subs and ready to smash it back into the vibration from whence it came.Yes comrades, tis here at last, the rocket launched school of beasts concocted by the wizarding minds of many topped with the wise, turbulent and revolutionary word magic of the hook-line sinker that will leave you gasping for breath, YT, Revolution Times. An album that needs no hyping, it storms in with a danceable instant hit giving a fresh outlook to changing times over a nice bass-melody driven reggae crumpet folding in neatly to Mungo Hifi produced 'World News,' a chant anthem with a dark rolling dubstep which resonates into the stream of consciousness holding the listener to bass ransom. Forward to reality swings in relentlessly keeping a nice groove ending Side A in true YT fashion with precious diamond to heal any wounds left by the first onslaught on this killer album. Side B streams in introducing us to the partner voiceling on said track with a sweet barrage from Mr Williamz to add to the nicety of the message being delivered on Inner Heart production 'Vex' which rides in over a double skank smoothie complete with ambient stabs licking perfectly into the crowd pleaser 'express yourself' which has the soul delivery of a strawberry pie layered in manuka. 'Crazy Journey' which may easily refer to the previous songs on the album brings us on a high paced rodeo ride to make way for the vinyl albums closing tracks with a no holds barred onslaught of poetic reverence to honesty under a rumbling quaker that is sure to have you needing extra padding for your cell. Revolution Times, the 3rd LP from YT in conjunction with some of the hottest producers UK style leads us to the revolution in style, hope and hearty foot tapping. Don't miss The Revolution Times from YT. It was made for you!!!
