Middlesex University implemented ProRetention software at the university is called UniHelp Online – the first stop for all student enquiries. All student service - recording, tracking, managing and resolution of student issues has been centralised under UniHelp. The main benefit of ProRetention has been the kind of access that our off-campus students have to a wide range of information and the ability to self serve to a large extent. Extensive management dashboards enable us to swiftly address the root cause of student issues, and hence improve student experience. This helpdesk system has now been extended to the Staff as well to manage IT and facilities. This offers one integrated system to Middlesex University as a whole.
