Thanks for the view and the comment!
This was in May 2009 at a Point Hope charity concert featuring John Ondrasik and India Arie. Point Hope, founded by late-night radio host Delilah, works with foster children here in the US and in West Africa. Thank you, John!!
This is a great skit! If anyone out there wants to join Point Hope in Ghana where there is a real need for experienced PT work, you could go where the real Delilah goes to make a difference!!
This was a few years ago, May 2009...we have graduated a few more classes and it is possible to buy batik items online at the Point Hope website now...Delilah continues to help Point Hope be the Voice for Forgotten Children!
Then I would love to talk to you about it, there is some great work being done on several fronts. You can find me at jan(at)pointhope(dot)org. Looking forward to it, tks!
Thank you for sharing, you have blessed Point Hope in so many ways, including allowing us to continue to share your song, at the same time as we get ready to send that tractor and plow you raised funds for--thanks, again!!
Point Hope has baby warming beds, stethoscopes, needles, lights, and tons of other equipment on its way to ports in the US to be shipped here to help...if anyone want to help with ocean freight, let us know! Contact(at)pointhope(dot)org
Point Hope is so pleased Regi was able to make it to the party and to share this song! Great lyrics, we are honored to be able to use it as a voice for forgotten children!
Joy, joy, joy!
"I washed my hands this morning...I lift my hands to Jesus..." Good job!
