Many people use their Inbox as a Virtual To Do List. If they receive an email that has a request or information for a later date, they leave it in their Inbox, in hopes of not forgetting to handle it. But invariably, other important emails follow and those to-do items get buried and often overlooked.
Whatever the case may be, drag the email to WHERE YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH IT LATER. In Outlook this may mean dragging it to your Calendar or converting the email to a Task
