The New Jersey State Library Talking Book and Braille Center(TBBC) serves New Jersey residents of all ages who have difficulty reading standard print or holding a book or turning the pages of a book because of a physical impairment, a reading disability or a vision impairment. TBBC offers a no-cost, home-delivered accessible reading service as a regional library of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, a division of the U.S. Library of Congress. TBBC's services include audiobooks, audio magazines, Braille, radio reading services, access to downloadable materials from the Braille and Audio Reading Download site (BARD), and the BARD Mobile app for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.
