So I'm trying to get back into doing my mental health checkins. This one is rather upbeat but, this is not always the case! I'm handling my anxiety really well at the moment but I have a lot of traveling coming up overt the next few months, I'm heading to Dublin this weekend and I'm really struggling but, we'll get there!!
