After gaining a heap of body fat after my trip in Japan... I became fed up of my belly fat and love handles and decided to totally transform my physique over the next 12 weeks and get SHREDDED. I trained 5-6 days per week at the gym focusing on strength training and followed my own version of an intermittent fasting diet.
I took my physique from 20% body fat down to 7.8% on a tanita scale. If I can do it, so can you!
