As you the viewers have been requesting, here is a playlist of the most elaborate how to breakdowns of parkour and freerunning movements.
Please keep in mind there are many paths that you can take to reach the same destination. In these parkour and freerunning tutorials I will be breaking down the movement the way I know how. These are not the flashiest videos, and I do a lot of talking, but please take the time to listen and I am sure you will learn a lot.
Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding any of the movement and feel free to respond with a video of yours if you want to show me what you have learned or even have me pick a part what you are doing right or wrong.
It takes time to make these things and I get great joy out of seeing my videos liked and favorited and it also brings these videos to the attention of other people who might find these videos useful. So thank you to everyone who is helping spreading these videos around. Thanks for watching!!!
