Was originally planning on putting together a 2013 Year End video but after giving it some more thought, decided to make a new transformation video with all the training footage I've filmed from both 2012 and 2013. Proud to say that I've never spent more than 6 consecutive days out of the gym in those two years. Had lots of fun putting this together. Really cool to look back and reflect on this kind of stuff.
