Our vision is one where everyone is free to exercise these rights without fear and is able to access, generate, and share ideas and information in any way they choose. 

We are global - and local. No other organisation brings together such a range of international and local free-expression groups, enhancing international understanding of the issues and creating opportunities for advocacy work.
