it is used more in with reception aged children, but I have used it with the children in my class when I worked in year 1, and they did benefit from it, so yes you can use it with key stage 1 children
yes as i mentioned before 'Q' doesnt have a sound of its own, it is taught together with 'U'. so it is 'QU' for 'queen', 'quick', 'quack', etc. This is a phase 3 sound
This is a truly magnificent song, the more I listen to it the more I like it. All the people slagging of the video really need to take the time to actually listen to the words, and the point Katy is trying to put across. It’s all about being yourself and not worrying about what other people say or think. It really doesn’t matter what you look like, your body figure, your sexuality, just be yourself and be happy and confident with the person you are, we can’t ask for anymore in this day and age.
