Some countries have simplified introductory Amateur Radio tests that are intended to help people get their Ham Radio license.
The intention of the Ham Radio leagues , is that these people progress and upgrade to the normal higher levels of Ham Radio license , and then be able to enjoy the operating privileges that comes with it.
However some Hams do NOT want to upgrade - why is that ?
In todays video I look at a particular case involving an Australian Foundation Class Ham Radio operator that has no intention ever upgrading.
In this video I show the REAL reasons why this Ham Radio operator doesn't upgrade.
