Happy New Year! This video will teach you How to effectively fulfill your New Year’s resolutions and stick to them for real. If you aren’t going to commit to your New Year resolutions, then what’s the point of talking about it? It doesn’t have to be so negative, when deciding to transform your life.
I also hate the “new me, new year” quotes, because I believe it’s going to be a better you in the next twelve months, not a new you. You’ll still be who you are, just a smarter and more experienced version of yourself. You can’t be another individual all together, when the real you has so much to learn and grow from.
Top Ten New Year’s Resolutions:
Lose Weight and Get Fit
Learn Something New

Be Less Stressed
How to Effectively Fulfill Your New Year Resolutions
Change your circle and stop surrounding yourself with the people who do, what you’re trying to stop doing. By changing your circle, you aren’t constantly reminded about the things that you are trying to stay away from.
Learn to love a reminder and stop running from your commitments. I suggest using your apps on your phone, the alarms, and your daily pop ups to get you started in sticking to your goals. I have several apps on my phone that remind me of the things that I have resolved to do. It’s easy and many of them are free. You want to lose weight, there is an app to remind you to do that. You want to drink more water, there is an app to help you never forget a serving of water.
Keys to Fulfilling Your Resolutions
Commitment - the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.
Be prepared and able to say this is what I want to change in my life and I insist on making it happen.
Consistency - steadfast adherence to the same principles, course, form, etc.
Constant practice in adhering to your commitment to the goals that you resolve to commit to.
Confidence - something that cannot be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels.
Believe in yourself and know that you are capable of accomplishing your goals, no matter where you are now.
For me consistency and a commitment to do what I love, is a just a few of my resolutions. I don’t have many changes to make, except in the areas of my business. I want to be more aggressive and vocal about what I want, instead of just going along with the flow. I know that when you make an effort to achieve your goals, you’re one step closer to actually doing so.
You can’t sit around waiting for life to happen, so I resolve to not be one of those people. I believe I can, so confidence is definitely in place. I’m also excited to make it happen. I can’t wait to chat with you all this time, next year, with great news about how my life has changed because I fulfilled my resolutions.
