    DO YOU #HIIT? I do and here's why... HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is one of the most effective, calorie murdering, results driven workouts known today!! Famous for their short intervals, HIITs are so intense that they make standard cardio look like something we did in kindergarten. It's 20 minutes of the toughest work you'll ever do with the most ridiculous results you'll ever receive.

    My HIITs are typically 4-8 different exercises. I always use my Seconds Pro App to keep me on track: 50 seconds all out, 10 seconds rest, 1 minute rest in between each round, repeat for 5+ rounds. I make sure to schedule my HIITs and Strength Trainings on opposite days throughout the week, never exceeding 3 HIITs per week.
