    There isn't much of a discrepancy in my opinion as to which burns more fat overall and provides a sustainable result, but so many people out there continue to pursue the Cardio Bunny mentality toward their goals.
    All things here considered, the most fundamental part of how much fat we have or body fat percentage we have is our nutrition, hands down!
